Mr. RP Singh encumbered academically with higher qualifications like M.Sc. in Environmental Studies with 1st division together with PG Diploma in Environmental Laws as well in 1st division from Lucknow University. He also retains Diploma in Public Health & Sanitation Tech. from IPH&H, New Delhi.

Mr. RP Singh has remarkably rich working experience of over 20 years ranged from Central Govt. Ministry to the well known Social welfare organizations as WWF-India & SEDA. He also shared his skills with some of the academic institutions & Open University as Evaluator, examiner and tutorial assignments writer.
